Fish Poached in Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine the soy sauce, water, sugar, scallions and chile in a skillet large enough to hold the fish. Bring to boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the fish and adjust the heat so the mixture bubbles, but not furiously.
  3. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning the fish once or twice until the fish is cooked through.
